1. Winter Cabbage

   Winter cabbage seeds just starting to germinate.

   They'll put on a rapid rate of growth now.  This variety is Tundra and is very frost hardy so should stand in the ground until ready for pulling.

   I always grow these in modules first just because I don't have the room for a seed bed.

   

2. Apples

   Bearing in mind that we had a much colder spring this year the apple trees are laden with apples.  Yet last year when we had a much warmer spring they did not do as well.

   We will have a good crop this year.
